California Food Policy Council (CAFPC) members, Roots of Change, and Assembly Member Roger Dickinson will host a press conference on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, to release the Council’s 2013 Report on Legislation Related to Food and Farming.
This first-ever report highlights 2013 State legislative votes on food and farm related issues. This is the first time in California’s history that a statewide food system reform group has focused on elected officials’ prioritization of healthy food and sustainable agriculture policies. Spanish language interpreters and spokespeople will be available.
