The California Farmers' Market Consortium is a project of Roots of Change, currently composed of 11 partners throughout the state of California.

Learn more about the Consortium Partners:
• Agriculture and Land-Based Training Association (ALBA): Provides educational and business opportunities for farm workers and limited-resource farmers to advance economic viability, social equity, and ecological land management.
• Fresno County Economic Opportunities Commission (EOC): Humanely focuses all available resources to empower low-income families and individuals working toward the skills, knowledge and motivation for self-sufficiency.
• Hunger Action Los Angeles (HALA): Aims to end hunger and promote healthy eating through community education, outreach, networking, and empowering low-income people to speak on issues that affect their lives directly.
• Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association (PCFMA): Aims to establish and operate community-supported certified farmers’ markets that provide viable economic opportunities for California farmers, local access to farm fresh products, and education concerning food, nutrition, and the sustainability of California agriculture.
• Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles (SEE-LA): Promotes and engages in self-sustaining community and economic development activities within Los Angeles, including sustainable food systems, social and cultural programs, and economic revitalization projects.
• Agricultural Institute of Marin: promotes a viable food system, to educate the public about the benefits of buying fresh and locally grown food, and to bring farmers and communities together.
• Alchemist Community Development Corporation: nutures and strengthens the ability of Sacramento residents to shape the future of their neighborhoods and benefit equitably from development. We do this by helping residents identify the best ways to improve their communities.
• Ecology Center: promotes environmentally and socially responsible practices through programs that educate, demonstrate, and provide direct services.
• North Coast Growers Association
• Puente de la Costa Sur: advocates for our communities and leverages resources that foster economic prosperity and security, and that promote individual and community health and wellness.
• Visalia Farmers Market: providing the public a wide selection of locally grown produce and handmade products seasonlly available year round.
